Puzzle #3 - Critter Cryptomorphs

Dearest friend,

As I was researching my latest project, I stumbled across this article, "William Friedman, Geneticist Turned Cryptographer". I was inspired by Dr. Friedman's career journey that started in genetics, morphed into cryptology with a focus on the Baconian cipher, and eventually led to his transposition from genetics into a founding role at the U.S. National Security Agency.

The more I look at the data I've collected, the more I'm convinced that the key to unlocking my next research breakthrough lies within lessons from William Friedman's story.

I'm attaching some excerpts from my lab notebook for your consideration. Can you help me crack the critter code?

ABC-you later,
Dr. Ally Leal
